Ten proposals for a future that belongs to us
Three pillars, ten proposals, and one condition without which none of them holds. The programme is exemplary rather than final: it is written together with members, and national affiliates adapt each mechanism to the system they are contesting.

Technology that works for us, not for the few
Technology serves people, and not the reverse. Citizens keep meaningful agency over the systems that govern their lives, in work, in justice and in the public services they depend on.
Democratic control of artificial intelligence
Every state must hold the legal authority and the technical means to suspend an AI system operating on its territory. The power sits with an independent regulator, on published criteria, reviewable in court, and never with an executive acting alone.
Tech sovereignty
Our digital infrastructure belongs to us: sovereign compute and data-centre capacity, public ownership of the infrastructure essential services run on, and procurement rules that stop public services being built on systems no democratic government can inspect or halt.
Tax the machines. Fund the transition.
A levy on the largest developers and deployers, assessed on revenue and compute rather than declared profit. The revenue is not general spending - it funds retraining and the people displaced, directly.

A fair economy, not an oligarchy
Wealth is already concentrated in the hands of a few, and artificial intelligence is making it worse. The movement demands that wealth be redistributed and shared. This is not only a question of technology - it is a question of power.
Workers own what workers build
The creators, labellers and moderators these systems were built on are paid, through collective licensing and enforceable bargaining rights.
Tax the billionaires. End the dynasties.
Concentrated private wealth is dismantled, and inherited power with it. Competition enforcement across the full stack, with structural separation where the same company owns the infrastructure and the market on top of it.
Universal public services. Housing is where we start.
The things a life depends on are provided in common, beginning with a home, because no other freedom survives without one.

A truly free world, without imperialism
Empire is not only digital. Military, economic and technological dominance are concentrated in the hands of a few states, and no nation should have to choose between two masters. We stand for a multipolar world governed by law rather than force.
Ban trade with criminals
Economic ties with criminal states are not trade policy. They are complicity.
Dismantle imperialist alliances. Build solidarity instead.
Strong political, economic and where necessary defensive ties with nations that share our opposition to imperialism. Not a counter-bloc, but a multipolar order governed by law rather than force.
Fossil fuel companies knew. They lied. They pay.
Executives who knowingly financed deception face prosecution, corporations face full liability, and compensation flows to the communities bearing the cost.

Democracy beyond borders
Crosscutting. Without this, none of the other nine holds. Every demand here is written for a state, and not one of the problems is.
A democratic United Nations
The peoples of the world elect a parliamentary chamber. International law is upheld without fear or favour. No country is superior to another, and no single state can veto the common good. Where existing institutions cannot be reformed, we build new ones that do.
Either the rules apply everywhere, or they are not rules.
